The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of the Customer and giving importance to the confidentiality of the Customer's information online. This Privacy Policy applies to the Customer when using or accessing any or all of the products, services, features or content displayed on the Application
By providing our Company with the Customer's personal data or by downloading and using the Application, the Customer gives us his/her express consent to collect, store, process, use and disclose the Customer's personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If the Customer does not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy or any amendments thereto, the Customer will not be allowed to use or access the services provided by the Platform.
The Customer acknowledges that this Privacy Policy, together with the Terms, constitutes an agreement between the Company and the Customer regarding his/her use of the Application. Click here to read the Terms.
The following information may be required when the Customer creates a profile for his/her Gold:
1 - Contact information, including name, address, email address, phone number and date of birth;
2 - Information and documents related to proof of identity, including national ID and passport;
3 – Other documents required to prove identity or address to meet the “Know Your Customer” requirements;
4 – Financial data, including bank account details;
5 – Residence information, including local time, postal address and address details, to provide the Customer with better and faster customer service
6-The Customer agrees to automatically collect and store certain types of information about the Customer’s use of the Services. This information is collected for the purpose of administering the Application system or for statistical or backup purposes. Like many websites, the Company uses “cookies” and other unique identifiers of information (including but not limited to):
IP addresses used to connect the Customer’s computer to the Internet;
Servers operating in the field of using the Services;
The location of the Customer’s device or computer;
Other information related to the Customer’s device, operating system and the Customer’s device’s interaction with the Platform.
Information from the Customer’s device, which may include the use of the Application, connection data and any errors or malfunctions that occurred;
- Purchase history and use of content.
The URL clickstream through and to the Platform, including the date and time and the products and content that the Customer viewed or searched for;
Page response times, loading errors, duration of visits to certain pages, page interaction information including scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs; and
All information is stored or used to process requests and under no circumstances is any of these details made available in the public domain. However, the Company may use this information to share additional and/or future information with the Customer regarding the Services and features of the Application in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Once the purpose is fulfilled or the legal period has expired, the Company will securely delete the Customer's personal data.
The Company does not disclose the Customer's personal data to any advertisers or any third party for marketing and advertising purposes without the Customer's express consent.
The Company makes every effort to store personal data in a secure operating environment that is not open to the public. The Customer should be aware that complete security does not exist in practice. It is important that the Customer is protected from unauthorized access to the Customer's password and the Customer's computers, devices and applications. The Company recommends using a unique password for the Gold Profile that is not used for other online accounts. The Customer should ensure that he/she logs out when he/she finishes using any shared computer.
Disclaimer
The Company is bound by the Egyptian Data Protection Law (“Law”) No. 151 of 2020 upon the expiry of the grace period stipulated in this Law. Nothing in this Privacy Policy grants any rights to the Customer or imposes any obligations on the Company with respect to the protection of personal information, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Law, until the expiry of the grace period stipulated in the Law.
